Every item that we place online has been carefully inspected, authenticated and documented.  While many items are previously worn, special care is taken to ensure that items are sold in pristine condition.  We realize that sometimes returns may be made due to fit considerations.

Items purchased online may be returned for a full refund less a 10% restocking fee and incurred shipping costs.  Items must be returned within two weeks of receiving the order and MUST be in the same condition as when they left our store, including no removal of any tags.  If a returned item is damaged, Encore of La Jolla will not issue a refund.  We recommend trying on footwear on a carpeted surface and obtaining insurance and tracking information on your shipment.

To return your purchase, please include the original receipt as well as a return form with your undamaged item.  To access a return form, please click on "Contact Us" from the side menu, and choose "Return an Item."  An Encore associate will be sure to contact you within 48 hours.
